A person that is not in Cursed

has some privileges and can join most channels, although, Cursed members does have more privileges.
Most channels have 25 needed join power, and guests have 25 join power. Equaling, they can join most channels.

However, Cursed Members have some more privileges; They can e.g Complain. 3 Complaints equals a 5 minutes ban, and a complaint will remain for 15 minutes.

They can Join more channels

such as "Cursed"

Both Guests and Cursed's can create Temporary rooms and manage them to a certain degree.

...Download the TeamSpeak3 Client, Click here.

Remember, when you download the client, make sure you download the correct one:

It has to be SpeakSpeak3 3.0.0, and it has to correspond with your OS (Operating System).
E.g: If you have Vista 32-bit, then you have to download "Client 32-bit 3.0.0-beta16", or if you have Vista 64-bit system you have to download "Client 64-bit 3.0.0-beta16".

If you have downloaded "Server 32-bit 3.0.0-beta18" instead of "Client 32-bit 3.0.0-beta16", then you have downloaded the wrong software and will not be able to connect to the TeamSpeak server nor talk with us.
Make sure you download the right one.

As for how to find out which OS you are running..
Hold down the Windows Button and click R, then type in "msinfo32" .. if that works, you have 32-bit. If it doesn't, then type in "msinfo64" .. If that works, you have 64-bit.
