Eden Eternal
I found this game in Closed Beta that looks pretty good.
http://edeneternal.aeriagames.com/
It has several classes and class progressions,A few races soon to come, Guilds can build there own town (O_O) and it is an anime-based game. I think it is worth checking out.

I think basically...At character creation you can only choose a warrior or mage. When you get to a certain level....Let's say 10, You can become a Hunter (Archer). So at certain levels you can change your class then you can progress it. The other thing is that you can change your class whenever you want, which I think is helpful.

Re: Eden Eternal
so we can use ANY class?
that seems rather.. too much of a fuss or confusing xD
seems like it will unbalance pvp a lot, since people will just keep changing classes to counter whoever they want dead.

The thing is...If you check the forums or website, you need to be a certain level for a class and a certain class level. Also you can't switch classes while in combat.

Re: Eden Eternal
well then, seems like uniqueness on looks is something you won't achieve there since everyone can have the same class when they want then >.<
i'm liking this guild town thing. do say more about it :3

Re: Eden Eternal
Well the character customization is pretty good. Well the guild town...I will the leave the part of the interview for you ( if you go on the website and search for 'Interview on Massively' they have it which explains some things)
Will a casual player be able to get a player town, or will it only be available to those hardcore few?
Player towns definitely reward dedication. Players must be part of level 3 or higher guild with at least 30 members. The Guild Leader must have a character level 30 or higher before applying for a town. Passionate, involved town owners reduce the likelihood of abandoned "ghost" towns in Eden Eternal, improving the overall experience for everyone. Although casual players may not be able to build a town on their own, they can certainly visit any of the player towns that have been created. This ensures that everyone can benefit from what the towns have to offer.
Also, you can build it in a forest or desert setting.
