Change: Forum Rules

I changed the forum rule 'Flaming of another member' to general 'Flaming'.
This will include every single flame now.
E.g.:Flaming of other people which arn't in the guild, Flaming against companys which are hosting the game like Gpotato and Gamigo.

Example:

It is allowed to say: "Gpotato could do their job better." or "Person XY is a bad guildleader"

It is not allowed to say: "Gpotato is ruining the game." or "Person XY is to dumb to be a guildleader"

We will take action against inappropriate behavior.
